Cashew Chicken Pitas or Lettuce Wraps


My sister Char’s recipe

Toss:
1 cup cooked chicken /cubed
1 green onion / chopped
2 celery stocks / diced
1/2 cup cashews or almonds
1 medium tomato / sliced
3-4 cups shredded lettuce or sprouts
Combine with 1/2 cup mayo
2 T lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Stuff into pitas or board leaf lettuce and enjoy.
